Rapeseed oil

Inulin from Chicory Root
Nope not a character from Star Trek, Inulin is a rich source of dietary fiber (90%+) which is great for your digestive system. It’s also gluten free and vegan friendly.
Natural Flavours
All our flavourings are completely natural. Our bright orange tan is fake though.
Sweeteners
Our not-so-secret blend of Stevia and Erythritol gives sweetness without the sugar crash or calories.
We also use a bit of Sucralose in Frosted, to help really replicate that childhood sweetness.

Surreal
I love getting my box’s this time I added the raspberry and white chocolate, I was sure on first taste of these , but I tried them with plain yogurt with just a touch of sugar free raspberry syrup game changer, just great as a pudding.
8 weeks is just about right but if I could afford to I would be eating even more of them, definitely a great help in keeping down the carbs and sugar. Well done surreal keep making new flavours that are good for just munching as snacks.

In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
We’re not made of the same stuff as traditional cereals, we avoid sugar and we’re packed with protein. But we really do, do all we can to keep our prices as low as possible. Without compromising on quality of course.
