It's great to be able to have cereal for breakfast again without all the carbs and sugar. Delicious flavours lovely and crunchy and they don't go soggy in the milk. I also eat them dry as a snack.

I'm not keen on any of the chocolate flavours so it's good that I can choose my own flavours, which I did on my next order. I have a sweet tooth so these cereal s satisfied my cravings and for a small portion quite filling. I did find these very sweet when I first tried them but I have gotten use to it. They don't get mushy like some cereal as they retain their crunchiness.
