I prefer the granola flavours
Hi, I was recently diagnosed as type2 diabetic and was really struggling to cope with mornings.
I came across surreal in my local supermarket, cinnamon flavour, I couldnt wait till breakfast time, so opened the box and tried a handful as soon as we got home. The smell was divine and the taste was explosive. Unfortunately, we couldn't leave it alone, and by day 3, the box was finished. I tried ordering from supermarket again, but it was unavailable, probably because it was on a special price and new, but they had a chocolate cereal on offer too, so we opted for that one instead. Talk about being let down, by the supermarket!! On the day we were picking up our order, it burned on the screen, "unavailable" again?? Sheesh... i felt like someone had given me sweets for the 1st time in my life and then was depriving me of ever having it again. I noticed they had 2 different types of granola. Chocolate and hazelnut, and a mixed berries... feeling deflated we opted for the granola (im not a lover of granola) pffftttt.... what???
Again tho... couldnt wait for breakfast and the bag was half empty by dinner time!! What is this magical concoction?? It's like chunky biscuit oats, sweet, yummy for my tummy... get in my belly!!!
Today we ordered 4 more bags of granola, 2 x mixed berries and 2 x chocolate hazelnut... Unfortunately the supermarket only had the chocolate hazelnut flavour... so we took 4 of those instead... don't judge us please 🫣
Absolutely raving to try the other…
Really like the flavour of these. Definitely fill you up for the whole morning. Will definitely order again.

You bet your body fat it is. With only 5g of Net Carbs per serving and 0g of Sugar
In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
We’re not made of the same stuff as traditional cereals, we avoid sugar and we’re packed with protein. But we really do, do all we can to keep our prices as low as possible. Without compromising on quality of course.
Because no reason ;)
