Although I haven’t tried all the varieties, those that I have do taste nice with a nice texture.However I have to say they are overly sweet.
At first I found the hard texture a bit difficult to get used to, but at least it doesn't get soggy, once the milk is added, like most conventional cereal does. It also keeps me feeling full for longer, which I guess is due to the higher protein content. An unexpected effect is that it has quietened my digestive system which speeded up when I suffered from IBS. I was wary of trying the cereal at first because of the claim that fibre is in it, which might have been a trigger for my IBS. I avoid all "added fibre" foods for this reason.
