"Lovely strong cinnamon flavour with just the right strength of sweetness. I have it mixed with oat milk yogurt and fruit and it adds a good crunch and doesn't go soggy and slimey. It only changed my sugar by 0.1 after 2 hours compared to 4 or 5 with normal cereal.
