Bought this cereal for my wife as she has diabetes and she absolutely loves them. Lots of different options so she doesn't get bored and can eat them guilt free. Will definitely be buying more.

What a delight to have crunch and great flavour. A real treat with Greek yoghurt and rhubarb compote.
My husband has them as sweets/ biscuits, he is diet controlled type 2 diabetic and really misses cereal. His favourite is the chocolate so far.
This was my first time buying , before I purchased I I I
thought it was a little expensive to begin with, but, wieghing up all the options, this has leveled sugar readings and as a type 2 diabetic it is reducing sugar spikes and helping massively towards my HBA1C levels.
All in all its one of the best buys I have invested in and will be repeating the purchase when I have used the 8 boxes I bought.

In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
We’re not made of the same stuff as traditional cereals, we avoid sugar and we’re packed with protein. But we really do, do all we can to keep our prices as low as possible. Without compromising on quality of course.
Because no reason ;)
