Similar to Cheerios but with more crunch
Similar to Cheerios but with more crunch and doesn’t go soggy. I’ve only tried the banana flavour so far, it was different but nice. The main difference I’ve noticed between Surreal and the mainstream cereals, that it does indeed keeps you fuller longer.

In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
