Operations Manager (Maternity leave cover – 13 month contract)

Who are we?

We take the cereals you loved as a kid and remake them to be good for a grown up with a job and a bank account and stuff. All our cereals are high protein, zero sugar, and super tasty.

 

Role Overview

We’re looking for an interim Operations Manager to manage our supply chain services. Reporting into one of our founders, you’ll lead across all areas of operations, demand planning and customer service and work alongside our head of product to support with new product development.

We’re hoping you’ll be data driven, analytical, with excellent attention to detail and a true problem solver.  You’ll also be able to communicate and present data to the team, and have the initiative & judgement to act if the situation demands it and as a start up, we need you to be agile in your role, keen no matter how big or small the task.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of end-to-end supply chain – Manufacturing, Product, Packaging, Orders, Customer Service

  • Own the demand plan, Stock Level & forecasting across the business

  • Raising PO’s and Invoice management

  • Support the Head of Product in any product development needs

  • Manage current & recommend new tools to support as we grow

Qualifications & Experience

  • +1 years experience within supply chain roles

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy

  • Proactive, analytical, with great multitasking skills and a positive approach to problem solving

  • Systems knowledge (Excel experience ) any other tools used SAP, Unleashed etc a bonus

 

The ideal candidate is someone who’s been in an operational role for a couple of years and is now looking to broaden their remit and responsibilities.
